The Patient Ombudswoman represents the Patient in relation to the medical and administrative staff of the Hospital. She analyzes carefully and objectively all requests and complaints of the Patients, both those hospitalized and those treated in outpatient clinics. She also make sure that the medical and administrative staff respects the Charter of Rights of the Patients.
Patients and their families may contact the Patient Ombudswoman directly or by phone.
