The Quality Policy

We guarantee services in the field of multidisciplinary treatment and professional care to all patients of our Hospital.
We aim at constant improvement of the quality of the medical services rendered, as well as improvement of the work conditions for the Hospital employees.

We implement our quality policy through:

  • constant monitoring of the Patient satisfaction level in order to make sure our work is consistent with the expectations of the patients and their families;
  • improvement of the conditions of rendering of medical services;
  • monitoring of employee satisfaction in order to improve the work organization level;
